prosthetics | The Delson Legacy 2.1

Last time: sim life, and the heirs of two different legacies entered a doomed relationship. It's not nearly as serious and dramatic as it sounds. Things end amicably upon adulthood.

The editing of the pictures is probably the least consistent ever. But I took some of these before I changed my resolution and therefore my borders and dimensions.

Just a couple shots from Nerio in college.

This is when Marcello and Mafalda moved back home. Marcello's girlfriend moved in with them.

A few 'years' later, and Nerio joins the family.

It's time to begin the legacy spouse hunt. Onyx is an acceptable candidate.

And Nerio seems to like her well enough :]

Things between Nerio and Onyx are moving quite swimmingly. He invites her over nearly everyday.

Mafalda bought an Antiques business. She makes a fair bit of profit, but spends 15 hour days at the store.

Luckily for her, Note (

eatfishcustard) is okay with her ambition.

Things are going well for Marcello and his girl too, he was planning to propose.

Sit down dinner with the fam.

Unfortunately for Marcello and Nerio, neither of their girlfriends wanted to move. So they're starting life over somewhere new.

Note, however, did move.

Mafalda kind of understands how her brothers feel, because she had to sell her antiques shop. She barely made a profit from the sales.

Jes

Marcello is trying to look on the bright side, but Nerio is still really depressed about Onyx not loving him enough to move.

Marcello is really heartbroken on the inside, but being the oldest sibling (by two seconds, Mafalda likes to remind him) he feels that he needs to be the brave face in this.

Jes and Donna are still totally in love. It's odd, actually, because Donna has never rolled a single want to cheat on the man.

Since they've moved though, Jes has been a little...crazy.

Yes. Crazy is definitely the way to describe it.

Nerio got a job working construction around town, after all, not everyone is an expert at building houses like he and Logan.

Mafalda got a job scamming people in surrounding areas. She's a learning thief.

Her parents don't know what she's up to, but her brothers do.

She starts her days early by working out.

Then she watches a movie and naps.

Then she has a quick meal and she's off to work before her parents arrive home. 28 years old and still hiding stuff from her daddy.

On a night when Nerio is trying to impress a girl he met on the job, he burns the food.

Luckily, the fire fighter arrived in time to save him from being burned to death. I could choose another heir but man...

April stops by pretty often now, considering that Nerio has half of her home constructed and in livable condition.

Marcello, by the way, got a job in the military. But his true passion is food.

The days pass by pretty seamlessly at the Delson residence, due to everyone having a job and being gone most of the day.

But it's about to get a little less crowded...

The first to crack was Nerio.

His father, who already was in poor mental health, soon followed.

Marcello and Mafalda just cried. Luckily, Note was there for Mafalda.

After some time passes, things are still a little broken. Donna was like the glue that held the family together.

Jes now only eats when reminded and sleeps when he notices it's dark. Otherwise he spends his time at work, where he can remember where most of his time was spent with Donna.

By the way, this is Nerio's girlfriend, Aston (

As the end of the sim week draws to a close, Mafalda and Marcello discuss moving out, only to come to the conclusion that Nerio cannot possibly afford the bills on his own (also that I'm really mean because I installed a mod to stop inheritance money).
